Meet the host
Aniv Brukner, PHD
My journey with wine began at 21, when I worked at a winery before pursuing my studies in agriculture and later neuroscience. Part of my role was bringing the winery's wines to life through the story of their making and the region’s winemaking heritage - dating back to biblical times. With years of experience, spanning research, boutique wine retail, and artisanal bar - paired with university-level study of vine biology - I view wine as a perfect intersection of history, science, and art. I am honored and excited to share this passion and my multidisciplinary expertise with you.
